1. Order Timing

At Around The Bar, we strive to ensure a smooth ordering process. Stocked items are shipped immediately upon order confirmation. Custom branded wholesale orders typically require 7-14 days for production and delivery. For bulk orders or unique requests, please allow up to eight (8) weeks as some products are manufactured overseas.

2. Shipping Partners

We partner with Courier Guy to facilitate fast and efficient shipping and delivery services. Upon delivery, any signed delivery note or waybill will serve as proof of receipt. Please inspect your order upon delivery to verify it matches your order and is free from visible damage or defects. Note any discrepancies or issues on the delivery note/waybill.

3. Shipping Times

Our warehouse is located in Pretoria, Gauteng. While shipping times may vary, we typically deliver within 2-3 business days from the date of shipment. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
